You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).
We generally do not accept returns on opened electronic items, returns on electronics will be at our discretion and on a case by case basis.
If your returned item was shipped under our $99 free shipping policy a restocking fee will be applied to the returned item equal to the amount of the cost to ship.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Although we will assist our customers with warranty related issues, we cannot guarantee that we will replace the defective item directly. Many of our suppliers warranty policies insist that warranty concerns be directed to them. When we receive a warranty claim we may at our discretion and depending on the product supplier replace the defective item directly. In the event that we cannot replace the item directly we will fully assist and direct the customer to receive warranty from the supplier of the product.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Products shipped within Canada and the USA can be shipped Canada Post, Fed Ex, or UPS. Products shipped outside North America are shipped Fed Ex.
We work to ship orders out promptly however we cannot guarantee any shipping times provided by our third party shipping suppliers. Shipping times are estimates only. At higher activity levels our packing and shipping turnaround time may increase up to 3 days.
Our free shipping offer will be shipped by our preference, it may be shipped Canada Post, Fed Ex, UPS, Canpar, or any other shipping options chosen by our shipping department.
Our warehouse hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday to Friday. Items ordered after 11:00 AM Fridays will be shipped the next available shipping day. We are closed on recognized statutory holidays. Items ordered on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays are processed on Tuesdays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
